விச்வம் - அனைத்தும் ஆனவர்
விஷ்ணு: -- அனைத்தின் உள்ளும் உயிரானவர்
வஷட்கார: -- அனைத்தையும் தன்பால் வசீகரிப்பவர்
பூத பவ்ய பவத் ப்ரபு: -- சென்றது நின்றது வருவது அனைத்தின் பிரபுவும் அவரே
பூதக்ருத் - அனைத்தையும் உருவுடையதாய் ஆக்குபவர் அவரே
பூதப்ருத் -- உண்டான அனைத்தையும் தாங்குபவர் அவரே
பாவ: -- இருப்பது என்பதே அவர்தான்
பூதாத்மா -- உயிர்களின் உள்ளுயிராய் இருப்பவர்
பூதபாவன: -- உயிர்களை உருவு கொண்டவையாய் இலங்கச் செய்பவர்

We should carry forward to all younger generation.
I am chanting Sri vishnu sahasranamam every day for the past 21 years.proud to say my father taught me at the age of 9.
