AsOka: -- The evil forces enslave the soul by afflictions like misery, illusion, cravings and like that. By dispelling all such impediments He makes the soul free of misery.
TAraNa: - He removes our fears and makes us cross this wicked sea of samsara.
TAra: -- His very presence in our heart when meditated upon enables us to cross this samsara like shallow waters.
SUra: -- He always wins.
Sauri: -- He is the son of Vasudeva and He is easily approached.
JanEswara: -- He is the Lord of universal wealth but He considers His devotees as the greatest wealth and the devotees also consider Him as their supreme wealth.
AnukUla: -- He is always beneficial and kind towards devotees and He is the comfort of the pious.
SatAvarta: -- Whirlpool generally means spirals of floods where if one is caught one is drowned and the life lost. But His grace flows out in floods and whirlpools, in which if one is caught that soul becomes eternal and blissful. And His grace is replete with such happy whirlpools.
Padmee -- Lotus is the symbol of transcendence and spirituality. He has a lotus of lila in His hand.
PadmanibhEkshaNa: -- His eyes are the very lotus of spirituality. A look from those eyes removes our worldliness and makes us deep in spirituality.
