sarvalakshaNa lakshaNyO lakshmeevAn samitinjaya: ||
Atula: -- He has no comparison
Sarabha: -- Sri Adisankara's meaning is, 'He resides inside beings as antarAtman having the beings as His body and He shines through.'
Bheema: -- The whole cosmic elements are so abiding the rules and principles as if struck with fear of Him.
Samayajna: -- To treat all the beings which are ensouled by Bhagavan with equal consideration is the best yajna.
Havirhari: -- He is oblation offered in worship and again He is the receiver of any oblation in any worship by beings.
SarvalakshaNalakshaNya: -- By all characteristics and by all pramanas (reference texts) He is the Ulmighty Principle that is characterised and explained as the purport.
LakshmeevAn -- He is always accompanied by Lakshmi who is ever present in Him.
Samitinjaya: -- A constant battle is going on in the mystic psychological level between Jivas and Bhagavan. It is only the presence of Lakshmi as the Mother and Mediator that the Jivas are won over by Him and the Jivas also begin to understand His infinite grace and compassion only by the grace of Divine Mother.
